OUR PROCESS
Project Discovery & Feasibility
We discuss your goals for the home, priorities, budget, and schedule, then review available site information and the proposed scope. For new homes, we focus on how you want to live, efficient layouts, and construction details. For additions and renovations, we also review how the proposed work connects to the existing home.
With our background in managing design-build projects, we help identify site constraints, structural considerations, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing needs that may affect the design or require input from other professionals.
"We are so happy with how it came out.
Beyond our expectations!
Thanks again for the collaboration and partnership on our project."
"Wow - this is amazing.
Thank you for all your hard work getting things ready for us.
We really appreciate having the project in such a good place for us to go."
"We could not love this kitchen more.
A huge thank you for making this dream a reality for us. Could not have asked for someone better to work with."
"It does look really amazing.
I love the designs and it preserves something special about the house...
It's been a very smooth project.
And I love seeing it on Instagram!"

FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
It takes an immense amount of stress to manage any construction project.
Whether you're a builder, developer, or homeowner, you deserve a resource you can rely on, and, ideally, someone who can help simplify the process.
A well-designed home and a quality set of drawings helps guide every party through the process, set expectations, and stay on-budget.
